====== Configure ability points ====== If you have the experience module enabled, then ability points are available. This is controlled by the ''Experience.AbilityPoints'' template which is normally just 0 but can be set to for example ''--LEVEL--'' (see [[Templates]]). These can be spent automatically when a character logs in, or by invoking ''characters.spendAbilityPoint''. These can be used to add a point to a character sheet for any attribute (see Configuration, Characters) where "consumes ability points" is set to true. Note that "Self Modify" does not need to be enabled, and in fact would generally be 'false' to prevent the user changing their own value at whim.
