====== GPHUDServer ======

The GPHUDServer module is responsible for providing the interface to region servers.

It provides a couple of commands, neither of which should be called directly.

It also provides two configuration items - one to enable auto attach, which is disabled by default, and one to limit the scope of its scanning to the same parcel only.
